HE COMMITMENT
Camp Manito-wish YMCA has been a hub of racquet sports and basketball, providing a popular spot for campers to come together, learn new sports, and embrace the ones they enjoy. The courts have become an integral part of Camp's mission to promote character and leadership development amongst youth. Over the years, these courts have witnessed countless moments of triumph, where thousands of participants have learned new skills, overcome their fears, and realized their full potential.
As the popularity of pickleball continues to rise and the existing pastimes of tennis and basketball remain evergreen, Camp Manito-wish is excited to announce the resurfacing and reallocation of its courts.
THE VISION
The courts' existing area, located at the heart of Camp Manito-wish YMCA, is all set to be transformed into a state-of-the-art facility that caters to all the needs of the participants. The resurfacing and reallocation of the courts will not only attract more campers but will also provide a fun and engaging experience for the existing ones. The campers will get an opportunity to learn new skills, build camaraderie, and develop their leadership abilities while playing their favorite sports.
The project is ready to install 6 Pickleball courts, utilizing 2 tennis courts. Additionally, the basketball court will be resurfaced, complete with a Camp Manito-wish YMCA logo.
